Dr. Saif Azzawi completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Houston, where he built a strong academic foundation in sciences before pursuing his passion for dentistry. He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio School of Dentistry.
Before beginning his career in dentistry, Dr. Azzawi trained and worked as a pilot—an experience that reflects his discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to precision, qualities that he now brings into his dental practice.
Dr. Azzawi is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered dental care and takes pride in helping patients achieve and maintain healthy, confident smiles. He believes in creating a comfortable and welcoming environment while delivering modern, evidence-based dental treatment.
Outside of the office, Dr. Azzawi enjoys staying active and is a passionate soccer fan. He also enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures, as well as spending quality time with family and friends.
Dr. Haider Alramli

Dr. Haider Alramli earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Loma Linda University in California. He then pursued advanced specialty training in periodontics and implant surgery, completing a three-year postgraduate residency at Nova Southeastern University in Florida, where he also earned a Master’s degree in Periodontics and Dental Implant Surgery. During his training, Dr. Alramli participated in clinical research focused on the healing and integration of dental implants and bone augmentation procedures.
Dr. Alramli is deeply committed to dentistry and oral health care. He takes pride in continually striving to provide the highest standard of care to his patients and the community. He is an American Board-Certified Periodontist and Dental Implant Surgeon dedicated to delivering comprehensive and patient-centered treatment.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Alramli enjoys sports and is an avid soccer fan. He also values spending quality time with his family and traveling.
